You’ve had a lot of success in your career - what’s your best career advice?
- Stand out at every job by being outstanding at every task. Deliver beyond expectations.
- Arrive at the office an hour before everyone else to get a head start on the day. (Early birds often run into the CEO in the empty hall-- there's your chance to grab a coffee)
- Always make time to volunteer for projects or extra work that your superiors value.
- Forge meaningful connections with a cross-section of your colleagues -- at every level. Such networking always pays in the long run (Think of the intrepid female Bunny cop, who wrote a record number of parking tickets in "Zootopia")
- Send fulsome, thoughtful, thankful notes immediately, by snail mail, whenever possible.
